The Sottosole Negroni ('under the sun' in Italian) is the bar's signature, inspired by the Italian Riviera. Speakeasy-style jazz venue in basement of The Bloomsbury Hotel. Featured during Negroni Week 2025 in collaboration with Portofino Dry Gin.
