The Negroni
From Charlie Mellor (formerly of The Laughing Heart) and sommelier Cameron Dewar (ex-Luca). Opened February 2026. Focuses on regional Italian cuisine with fresh pasta, house-made mozzarella, and whole grilled fish. The Green Room provides a dedicated space for pre- or post-dinner drinks with walk-in seats held for spontaneous drop-ins.
