The Negroni
A Soho institution since 1949, this family-run Italian cafe-bar is renowned for its classic espresso, neon signage, and old-school atmosphere. Sits directly opposite Ronnie Scott's Jazz Club and occupies the building where John Logie Baird first demonstrated television in 1926. In July 2025, seven top London cocktail experts named Bar Italia as serving the best Negroni in London.
