The Negroni
Opened June 2009 by Tony Conigliaro, pioneering molecular mixologist. 1950s Italian café meets Film Noir/Jazz Age vibe. Very intimate — less than 40 seats. Known for molecular techniques with ingredients developed in the Drink Factory laboratory. Live music Wednesdays, Thursdays & Sundays. Also known for signature Prairie Oyster (tomato yolk, horseradish vodka, Oloroso sherry). Tony Conigliaro also launched bottled Negroni range and Bar Termini in Soho.
